The name says it all. Lots of these pooches have their tongues out. I guess because it's SO HOT here in the summer! Below is another cutie. This was actually the first Pepper Place Dog I painted. Some of you that are familiar with my work know I've painted a lot of cows. I'm trying to take that same approach with these guys.... bright colors in a loose style.
