This painting was from a photo I took earlier this summer at Tybee in Savannah, Ga. It was hot and these guys were enjoying the little bit of shade their umbrella provided. It's painted on a 6"x12" board.

I'm trying to have some variety in the fish colors, and at the same time, have them all work together. Now that I have some paint on everything, I feel better about how the whole image is working. I was really nervous about working on such a large painting, but I have to say I've really been enjoying this.
